This specific coin honors the P.G.T. Beauregard Monument which stood in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1915 to 2015. Pictured on the face of the coin is the iconic statue, with the Louisiana Republic flag to the left and the dates to the right. The back features a famous quote of Beauregard's, "It is time for action, no speaking.. that the only way in which I can speak now is through the mouths of my cannon." Represented in the middle are the Louisiana Pelican, Beauregard's proposed Southern Cross flag, along with a portrait of the General.
