Mail-In Orders
Mailable order forms are provided for the convenience of the customer. Confederate Shop is not responsible for any damages occurring from loss or theft of mail. Please follow the instructions below when completing a mail-in order.
- Click the button below and print the attached order form.
- Fill out relevant customer information so we can mail your completed order to you.
- In the item column write the name of the item you wish to order along with any selection options (i.e., size, color, etc.) that may be available for that item. Write the number of that item you wish to receive under the quantity column. Calculate the price of the item(s) you wish to order by taking the base price and multiplying it by the quantity you are ordering. Write that number under the price column. If you are not ordering from a print catalog please reference pricing on our website listings.
- Calcualte the subtotal, sales tax (if applicable) and total. Write the associated numbers on their respective lines.
- Fill out a check containing the dollar value of the final total. Enclose the check along with the order form in an envelope and mail your order to Confederate Shop at 121 Carpenter Lane Harrisonburg, VA 22801.
