The Book of Psalms or the Book of Praises or the Book of Hymns is a precious collection of divine revelation. The Davidic Psalms give us an inspired revelation of God to His people as well as an account and insight into the life of David. David wrote on many subjects but one group of these were Psalms of Repentance (Penitential Psalms). There are seven (6, 32, 38, 51, 102, 130, 143). This book is an exposition of these Psalms.
