Description

Front: The legitimate government formed by seven Sovereign States on February 8, 1861. The citizens of these Sovereign States wholly trusted in the firm agreement made by their fathers and grand-fathers by the Declaration of Independence and subsequent U.S. Constitution. They therefore exercised their legitimate right of secession by voter referendum and concluded that they should form a government that suits them better. After the 16th U.S. President called for 75,000 troops to  invade these Sovereign States, six more joined the compact. The government was constituted formally on February 22, 1862
